Please note that regardless of your order value our Post & Packing charge is a fixed £16.50 and we use a dedicated live animal courier service to deliver them to you.
For this reason the minimum order value for fish is £50.00.
For plants and equipment, individual P&P charges are shown along with the price.
What happens when I order my fish?
1. For each and every order, our fish are graded and checked by our qualified aquaculture experts.
2. Fish are netted from the ponds within two days of your order; they then undergo seven days of acclimatization in ultraviolet sterilized tanks without feed.
3. Fish are then again thoroughly checked to ensure that you will receive only the fittest fish.
4. If they meet our strict health and quality criteria they are double-bagged in pure oxygen and filtered pond water.
5. Fish are then boxed and despatched for next day delivery by special live animal courier directly to your door!
